Is brilliant! I'd even go as far to say that I enjoyed it just as much if not more than Avatar (for completely different reasons)

Avatar is amazing because of the setting, how it looks, the way it is shot, the way the story is told and the characters. The story is nothing exciting and different. You can guess the outcome from the start and spot the main plot points early on, but you dont really care about that because of how beautifully told it is.

Sherlock Holmes is an entirely different beast I guess. It's clever and witty and the characters are freaking awesome. Makes me want to read the books. The dynamic between Watson and Holmes is hilarious, endearing and really well played. Everyone has brilliant lines and the bad guy is suitably creepy (aha! i remember where that actor is from now, he played one of the sons in Stardust... thought I recognised his face) Anyway, the story is clever, and shows you bits of things all the way through, revealing everything at the end in a way that makes you go "aha!" It's brilliant.

There's loads of little details, some of which I got, and some I missed entirely. I love being surprised by a story and I especially like being unable to guess the end or how something has been done. Sherlock Holmes was that film for me. I couldnt guess what was going on and how everything had been done. I got some things, but not their significance and so on.

Avatar was a little too predictable for me... which it made up for by having fantastic characters and locations.

Sherlock Holmes ticked all the boxes for what I enjoy about films. I strongly recommend going to see it! Even more so than Avatar (Avatar is doing brilliantly and will be around for ages, Sherlock Holmes might not be). Go see Sherlock Holmes first :3 Give it some love!

So yeah! Inspired slightly to do some Holmes arts.. but we'll see. Still want to do more Avatar arts after I murdered that pic of Neytiri >.>

Haha! Here's another thing about Holmes, you actually remember all the character's names. Ask me to name the bad guy from Avatar and I couldn't tell you his name at all. I even had to look up Neytiri's name cos the only two characters I could remember the names of were Jake and Norm.

Maybe that's because I enjoyed Holmes more maybe? For different reasons I guess. :3

And I'm not saying here that Avatar is rubbish or anything, it's not! It's freaking amazing! Just Sherlock Holmes is a billion times better :3

Oh!!! And in Dollfie news, my new girl arrived today, and straight away afterwards it snowed! Heaps of snow, it's stopped now though but :3 yay! Snow and a new girl!

Anyways. That's all I wanted to say really!

I went on a really long walk yesterday and saw two guys ice skating on the lakes near my house, they're like a ten-fifteen min walk away and I just though wow! I wanna try that.

So this morning, me and Tash walked down there with ice skates and skated on a frozen lake! It was awesome and terrifying!

I had to walk the ice in my wellies to check that it would be okay to skate on. I jumped on lots of the ice and when it cracks it makes this horrible horrible creaking sound that makes you just wanna bolt off the ice O_O but we worked out where was safe to skate (right near the edge) and skated for half an hour! it was ace :3 and creepy cos you know, it felt like you were going to go through the ice all the time!!!!

It was awesome, and when Tash started to skate it snowed too!!! I think it's still snowing a little bit it was awesome!

So want to try again tomorrow, but instead I have to wait in for a parcel to arrive with my next doll in it. The postman is evil and brought her here at 8.05 this morning, literally ten mins after I'd gone out the front door with Tash!!!! wtf >.> lame...

But she'll arrive tomorrow and that's awesome :3

Happy New Year everyone!

Germany was ace! got snow and stuff and did tons of stuff. Christmas markets are beautiful over there!

Had a nice relaxing christmas with family and now back for the new year!

Goals are -

Walk more
Do more excersisy stuff to get fitter (climbing that goddamn hill up to neunschwanstien (or however you spell it - its the castle from chitty chitty bang bang) nearly killed me.
Finish Legion
Write loads more
Draw more
erm... go out and do more random stuff. e.g. picking a cool place to visit and going there either by driving or bike or whatever rather than sitting around doing nothing
Make more awesome games

and yeah :3 see more of my friends and family too!

And go see Avatar! its awesome - i want to be blue O_O it makes you want to be a Na'vi by the end of it XD haha >.> its pretty good film :3 just dont expect revolutionary wonders in the plot department. its fairly old hat good vs evil. but its the setting and the characters that are truely brilliant! very well thought out and beautiful to watch. its so well shot and animated and you really dont feel that there s any cgi in there. i mean, you know it s there but you cant tell the difference between it and the real live stuff. its so well done.

i want to see again.

My Christmas holiday starts tomorrow! haha! So looking forward to it!

Also, completed Days and the end is even more depressing when you know what happens in KH2. Somehow they manage to get you hoping everything ll be okay in the end, and that something good ll happen, but it doesnt. Everything goes very very wrong... It's really sad.

Also! made me a ton of awesome stamps <3 ^_____________^ yay stamps :3

erm what else... gonna start playing crisis core or dissidia next, maybe dissidia as crisis core isnt gonna end happily either >.> and days was a really sad game... so fancy playing something a bit happier.

Mmmm also started drawing doujin again - days got me into a major kh mood :3 so gonna try and take it with me when visiting parents :3 depends if it ll fit into my suitcase or not!
